Britney Spears Not Joining Madonna On Stage!

Producers of Madonna’s upcoming world tour have blasted reports Britney Spears will join her in a live stage performance.

The pop superstar had reportedly asked Spears to join her on her Sticky & Sweet tour earlier this month in a bid to help the troubled star resurrect her own singing career.

But while Spears will appear with Madonna in a short video that will be broadcast on big screens during the show, she will not be taking to the stage with the Material Girl hitmaker, reports the New York Daily News.

The tour is set to kick off on August 23rd in Wales.

The pair last shared the stage during their 2003 performance at the MTV Music Awards - when they stunned fans by sharing a passionate kiss.

Spears is also rumored to be working with producers Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins and her ex-boyfriend J.R. Rotem on her own comeback album, the follow-up to Blackout, which was released in October.

Madonna & Britney Spears Might Just Kiss On Stage Once Again!

Madonna, The Madgesty, is lending a helping hand to Britney Spears and welcoming her back on stage with her. More on-stage-girl-on-girl action in store?! Reportedly, Madge is also filming a video with the Britster in New York tomorrow, July 6th, which will be used as a backdrop on Madonna's Sticky and Sweet tour, which kicks off August 23rd. In fact, Madonna has also asked Britney to make a live appearance on some of her tour dates, and Britney may be wanting to give Kabbalah another shot as she tries to straighten her life out.

A source close to Britney revealed,

“They are recording a video together on Sunday that will provide the backdrop for part of Madonna’s show. And they are talking about Britney taking the stage on a few of the dates too. There’s no doubt that her and Britney together will spell fireworks again.”

“It’s hoped that Madonna can help Britney get back to her old self. Appearing with Madonna would really kickstart her career again. She’s been there and done it so could provide some great guidance. If anyone can mastermind a Britney comeback, it’s Madonna. Lots of people will be hoping there’s a repeat of the kissing incident a few years ago.”

“Maybe this means Britney is ready to devote to Kabbalah again as she tries to sort herself out.”

Madonna certainly is a mastermind. She never fails to make headlines with anything it is, that she does and Britney is equal in that case. They both are superstars, but it's just that Britney has had a major downfall in her career. And if you look at it from the publicity perspective, Madonna's getting more profit out of this whole thing than Britney. Madge knows that Britney is very huge and people might just catch one of her shows just so they can see what that video is all about or just with the hope that Britney might pop up on stage.

Britney Spears' Auctioned T-Shirt Expected To Fetch $20K!

A Mickey Mouse Club t-shirt Britney Spears signed ‘I love you grandma’ on is set to fetch up to $20,000 at auction.

Spears owned the shirt during her stint as a star of the kids show and gave it to one of her grandmothers as a gift.

The clothing item will now be a highlight of the upcoming GottaHaveIt.com Rock & Roll Pop Art Auction, which starts on July 21st.

The shirt is also signed by Spears’ former Mickey Mouse Club castmates, including Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera.

No matter what they say, these guys do love Britney! Yeah, I'm wrong, these guys just use her name for some cheap publicity because they know she will fetch some audience for them!

Britney Spears Can Now Keep Her Kids For The Night!

Britney Spears' visitation schedule with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were changed at a hearing today. TMZ reports that Britney has been granted overnight visits.

Sources tell us Brit Brit, who has been slowly gaining visitation back inch by inch, has made such progress the Commish agreed in court today she's ready to have sons Jayden James and Sean Preston with her overnight.

We hear Britney's parenting coach Lisa Hacker was at the hearing today, and answered several questions from the Commish. Britney, who was all business in the courtroom, smiled as she left the courthouse.

Right now, Britney gets 3 days a week from 9 am to 5 am monitored visits. LA Superior court spokeperson had confirmed that their was a change made in the visitation rights, but did not reveal details.

"There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning," Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Alan Parachini confirmed after the hearing, which both Kevin Federline and her father Jamie Spears attended.

"I'm not at liberty to answer any questions about the nature of that change," Parachini said.

When Asked if she were happy with the court outcome, Spears smiled and said,

"Yes."

A status hearing is set for July 15, where Team K-Fed and Team Britney will go head-to-head yet again.

Britney Spears Making Another Album Ya'll!

Britney Spears is making more sweet music and currently working on her 6th studio album! Jim Beanz, her vocal producer and co-writer, has confirmed that Brit-Brit is working on an upcoming album.

"Britney is amazing," says Beanz.

"We never see anything but positives out of her."

"Everyone has personal stuff, but a true professional doesn't bring it into the studio," adds Beanz, who just opened his own studio, Sunset Entertainment Group, in Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Spears' last album, Blackout, debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200. The first single "Gimme More" was her most successful single in the U.S. since her 1998 debut single "...Baby One More Time."

Lynne Spears Pleading For HitNRun Charges Against Britney To Be Dropped!

Britney Spears’ mother Lynne is appealing to a judge to throw out a driving without a license charge against her troubled daughter.

The charge stems from a hit-and-run incident last year in which the 26-year-old hit a car in a parking lot, drove off and was later found to be without a driver’s license.

And in a court declaration filed on Wednesday, the Lynne maintains the Toxic hitmaker has temporary residences in Florida, New York and California - and was therefore unaware she was required to hold a California state license.

The document, obtained by TMZ.com, also alleges Britney intends to return to Louisiana to live - despite recent reports the star is hunting for a new house in Los Angeles.

The case will resume in court on August 11th.

Britney Spears Selling One House, Buying Another One!

Britney Spears’ father intends to sell her Studio City home in the latest liquidation of her assets, it was revealed in Los Angeles probate court Tuesday.

The hilltop house, located in a gated community, has been the scene of the recent drama in the singer’s life, including the night in January she was taken from the property in an ambulance and forced into a psychiatric hospital.

It was not immediately clear where she intends to move. But a source close to Spears said, “Having more privacy and wide open spaces for her to raise her boys has been a goal for some time.”

In March, a court granted her father, Jamie Spears, the power to “sell or dispose of” an undisclosed number of her seven cars. Jamie remains in legal control of his daughter’s affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Also, her court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, said in court that Britney would be out of state for several days – but he did not offer an explanation of why or where.

Another source tells PEOPLE that Spears is set to head back to Louisiana this week to be by her sister Jamie Lynn Spears’ side as the younger sibling welcomes her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge.

The source says Jamie Lynn, 17, has “not been feeling well” recently, causing the family to push up their travel plans. Their father, their older brother Bryan and Britney’s assistant are all expected to make the trip, as well.

Meanwhile, there are reports that while Britney's father is selling her current home, she is looking to buy a huge mansion called the Chateau Suenos.

The house was made for an MTV reality show, has a regular pool, outside SPA and also a private movie theather. (That is the picture of the house.)

This report is not confirmed yet as there are other reports that are saying Britney is building herself a brand new house altogether.

Britney Spears Attempted Suicide - Twice?!

In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, award winning journalist Ian Halperin, who spent 18 months undercover as a photographer to get close to Britney Spears, says she tried twice to kill herself:

“The suicide attempts are true. I know all the details about both of them.”

Britney had such a publicized meltdown that it seemed the world knew every detail. But in his forthcoming book, Halperin exposes her two suicide attempts and much more.

A family insider lends credence to Halperin’s claims, saying that Britney threatened suicide many times during the time Halperin was with her — from November 2006 until last month — especially after the birth of her second son, Jayden James in September 2006.

Halperin also claims he saw Britney using drug use.

“I partied with her and was able to really monitor what type of stuff she was using. It’s very concerning.”

And even more dangerous than the drugs, Halperin says, is “how sleazy and destructive” her handlers — from her former, self-proclaimed manager Sam Lutfi to her mother and father — are toward her.

Britney Spears Is Doing Good, Says George Maloof!

As Britney Spears continues on her road to recovery, a friend of Spears says things are going well for the singer.

“She’s doing great,” Palms Casino Resort owner George Maloof tells People.

Maloof, who recently had dinner with Spears twice in L.A., says that the two are “good friends,” and adds it would be fantastic to have her perform at his Vegas venue.

“I’d love to have her here at the Pearl [Theater],” says Maloof, who stopped by the premiere of The Rocker, starring Rainn Wilson, at the Cinevegas Film Festival. “It would be great.”

Maloof says the idea of a Vegas concert “didn’t come up” when he saw Spears in L.A. But it turns out Spears flew there Thursday for a different reason altogether.
